Our classes teach important character values side by side with physical skills. Honour, Dignity, Respect and Discipline; we don’t just build champions, we build good people.. Our style is Seishin Ryu with international affiliation with Seishin Kan. Students gain improved focus and true fighting spirit through the perfection of karate do (the way of karate).

Regular training sessions will turn you (or your loved ones) into persons of strong character, self aware alongside having the skills to defend oneself with techniques we know work (because we’ve used them) in an art that has been passed down through an impressive lineage over generations.
